Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement

FinOptiHub offers three categories of offerings designed for smart optimization:

• Consultancy Services: Personalized sessions and guidance delivered by our experts.
• Digital Materials: Downloadable guides, templates, and interactive modules.
• Physical Items: Manuals, workbooks, and related tangible goods.

2. Fees and Payment

All charges must be settled in full before the commencement or delivery of any offering. We accept common banking channels. Specific fee details are provided at the time of booking.

3. Scheduling and Modifications

You may request to reschedule a consultancy session up to 72 hours before the arranged date without incurring additional fees. Requests made later may be subject to a rescheduling charge of 50% of the original fee. Digital and physical orders cannot be modified once delivery or download access has been granted.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consultancy Services

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the session will receive a 50% reimbursement. No reimbursement is available for cancellations within 72 hours of the session or for sessions that have already occurred.

4.2 Digital Materials

Requests for reimbursement of digital materials must be received within 14 days of download. The item must not have been accessed beyond the introductory material. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

4.3 Physical Items

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be issued within 14 business days.

4.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain promotional packages and customized consultancy plans require dedicated resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable. This policy ensures the availability of specialized personnel and materials reserved exclusively for your engagement.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

All approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method or by bank transfer. Please allow up to 14 business days from approval for the transaction to complete.

6. Amendments to Terms

FinOptiHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our site and take effect immediately upon publication.
